With over 30 years of industry experience, we’ve worked alongside local councils on a wide range of residential building projects, including renovations, alterations, additions and consented work, giving you confidence that your project is completed safely, professionally and to the highest standard.
How do you determine the scope of a project?
We start with a complimentary on-site consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and style preferences. From there, we outline a customized project roadmap that includes estimated timelines and milestones.
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
In many cases, yes. We create a phased work schedule, set up protective barriers, and maintain a clean job site to minimize disruption. If a project demands full access to a space, we’ll discuss temporary relocation options in advance.
We issue clear, itemized invoices based on agreed-upon project stages. This approach keeps payment aligned with progress and ensures transparency from start to finish.
